Charlie Dodge Jewellery Terms and Conditions Process of Purchase: In order to purchase our jewellery online please browse our website and click on the item/s you wish to buy which will then be placed in your shopping basket. After you have finished selecting the item/s you wish to purchase you will need to provide us with a few details in order for us to fulfil your order. Once you have provided and confirmed your payment details, you have agreed to purchase the product/s at the prices indicated inclusive of the delivery charges that apply to that/those product/s. Please make sure the email address you provide us is correct and in working order, as your order confirmation will be sent to that email address once your purchase has been completed. Privacy Policy: Your privacy as an individual and as a customer is important to us, therefore at Charlie Dodge Jewellery we do not pass on or sell email addresses or any other personal information about you with any other third parties. The information we collect off you is necessary to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. Your credit or debit card payment information is processed by Protx Payment Gateway on their secure site. Your payment is then sent to us, we do not receive any credit or debit card information from Protx, that information stays within Protx. Delivery: Deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail/Parcelforce which will require for them to be signed for on delivery. Please be aware that this does not mean your product/s will arrive the next day after purchasing. Please allow up to 3 working days for the delivery of your product/s before contacting us on 0845 460 5115 or via email. For international deliveries please call 0845 460 5115 or contact us via email for delivery times. Returns Policy: If for some reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please notify us of your intention to return it within 14 days of receiving it. Please then ensure that it is returned to us with the returns slip unused and in its original packaging within 28 days. When returning an item you are strongly recommended to use registered post, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Once all of the above is received we will be happy to replace the product or refund the product price. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product to us. Due to the difficulty in photographing jewellery and the different variations in Internet Browsers, Computers, Monitors and Printers we cannot guarantee that each product is identical in colour to that viewed on our Web Page. The stones used in our jewellery are not flawless stones so therefore there are inherent chips and cracks within some of the stones which is part of the character of our jewellery. In addition the individual hand made nature of our jewellery means there will be variations from piece to piece, we hope you understand this and appreciate the skill and imagination required to make them.
